Runs the full production cycle: sorting, shredding, moulding, and quality control of finished bricks.

Environmental Engineer, Sustainability & Compliance

Tracks plastic diverted and CO2 avoided, and leads environmental reporting to grant partners.

Accountant / Finance Manager

Manages bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance, and grant financial reporting.

Owns the marketplace platform end to end: architecture, security, uptime, and the coming mobile apps.
